The Dane County Parks Passport program is part of Healthy Parks, Healthy You, a program that connects the community with better mental and physical health through use of the beautiful Dane County Parks system. Healthy Parks, Healthy You focuses on increasing accessibility, diversity, and use of the parks through engaging, family-focused, free events, resources, and programming. This partnership began in 2021 and is between the Foundation for Dane County Parks, Dean Health Plan by Medica, SSM Health, and Dane County Parks.
